For Commissions - firstly the work must be created which can take 3 - 10 days.

5-30 days worldwide (usually 5-8 days)
Postage within the UK is £7.00 (unless otherwise stated)
Worldwide it is between £10 - £55

Returns
Returns are accepted for damaged goods as well as items not wanted.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent out in order
for a refund to be given (refund is minus postage costs)
